Event Coordinator Job Description
Title: Event Coordinator

Supervisor: Director of Operations
The Event Coordinator is a full-time customer service position and has a primary responsibility and passion for being customer focused. Having an outgoing personality and a “go-getter” attitude is a must. The Event Coordinator is the main customer service and communications hub between our company, clients, and weekend staff. This position is also responsible for planning, staffing, and operational activities for all client contracted items. Job performance and retention are based on positive feedback from clients, the execution of correct event staffing and equipment logistics, current client add-on sales, and the growth of the brand.
All staff are expected to have the “massive action” mentality in creating and responding to assignments at all times.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
I. Customer Service
A. Ability to clearly answer client questions
B. Resolves client complaints and can determine the cause of problems in a positive
C. Has high problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
D. Must be able to work in a high stress level environment with unreasonable clients while remaining structured, calm, professional, and positive
E. Comfortable with phoning customers and weekend staff in regards to wedding planning, staffing, and equipment logistics
F. Organize and execute all aspects of client-based contractual obligations
G. Maintain a high degree of positive customer satisfaction during all client interactions
H. Handle client issues and concerns as needed in a timely manner
II. General Administrative Duties
A. Keep company CRM systems up to date at all times
B. Adherence to all company policies and procedures
III. Wedding Planning
A. Act as the main point of contact between booked clients and Enchanted Celebrations
B. Schedule and coordinate all staffing and equipment as per client contractual
C. Schedule and coordinate all staffing for the manager on call program
D. Act as manager on call on assigned weekends

Compensation is $12.50-$15.00 per hour and is based on experience in customer service and the wedding industry. Additional compensation details will be disclosed in the offer letter. Compensation increase evaluations will be conducted by the Director of Operations annually as per the positions training plan.
