POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Title: Marketing Coordinator
Classification: Non-Exempt
Grade Level: Level A
Supervisor: Operations Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time position and has a primary responsibility owning all aspects of the marketing funnel for our company. The Marketing Coordinator is in charge of attracting and nurturing leads through multiple marketing channels. Content marketing, paid marketing, sales lead generation and administrative support, and outbound marketing outreach are core components of this position. Job performance and retention are based on the increase in the amount of leads, completions of certifications, and the growth of the brand.

POSITION ATTITUDE:
All staff are expected to have the “massive action” mentality in creating and responding to assignments at all times.

JOB DUTIES:
Job duties include but are not limited to:

I. CONTENT MARKETING
A. Own all aspects of the digital contract strategy, complete marketing orders efficiently
B. Manage, create, and curate all marketing calendars for multiple brands
C. Perform A/B testing to increase website conversion and optimization
D. Update monthly promotional offer on all properties
E. Segment leads to provide frequent, relevant communications via multiple distribution channels (email, text, social media, PPC)
F. Monitor and perform online reputation management tasks
G. Write copy for website and marketing collateral as needed; create new ebook offers
H. Respond to appropriate HARO inquiries

II. PAID MARKETING
A. Own social media and adwords PPC spending budget to increase leads and bridal show event attendance
B. Monitor, manage, and update all paid placement advertising profiles

III. SALES LEAD GENERATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
A. Act as primary live chat agent and transfer leads to sales
B. Use CRM to identify, contact, and follow-up up with unactivated leads, pass newly activated leads directly to sales
C. Manage facebook messages and transfer leads to sales
D. Support Enchanted Celebrations sales staff as needed
E. Support Rock the Aisle Bridal sales staff by performing basic event preparation tasks and be responsible for EC sales representative training and staffing
F. Collaborate with sales staff to maintain relevant brand messaging and consistency photos and videos

IV. OUTBOUND MARKETING OUTREACH
A. Frequently attended networking, career fairs, etc to promote our brands
B. Seek out public speaking opportunities at industry events and colleges to promote our brands
C. Develop, execute, and maintain a strategic partnership plan with event professionals to foster referrals. This will require the marketing consultant to frequently visit other wedding businesses at their location.

GENERAL COMPENSATION/EVALUATIONS:
Compensation is $10.00-$15.00 per hour plus .55 per mile and is based on marketing certifications earned, experience in lead generation, copywriting as well as the wedding industry. Additional compensation details will be disclosed in the offer letter. Compensation increase evaluations will be conducted by the Operations Manager annually as per the position’s training plan.
