Why I Love Weddings:
Photographing weddings is all about capturing the real raw emotions of the day. I feel that portraying the occasion as an observer is much more appealing than staging every shot. I truly love to capture the moment.
I love the candid shots and the real emotions that come from a couple. My favorite part of shooting weddings is being able to see the love radiate throughout the photos.
A Little Bit About Myself:
I consider myself an easy going person. I love listening to music and watching comedy films. I also really enjoy electronics, from computers to cameras. When I am not a photographer for weddings, I am doing commercial shoots for local businesses.
Being behind the camera is not only a passion for me, but a career. They say if you enjoy what you do, you will never work a day in your life. When I am not working, I love spending time with my wife and children. We love to travel together! Skiing in the winter and the beach in the summer are some of our favorite things to do.
Most Memorable Wedding Moment:
The best moment of a wedding is when I see a groom shed a tear as his bride is coming down the aisle. To me, that is the most purest, most sincere moment. The couple doesn't hold back any emotion on their wedding day and you can tell when couples are truly and happily in love.
My Photography Style:
I like to be at the wedding capturing real moments. I do not stage shots. I love the documentary style with a touch of art! I like to capture the raw emotion of the couple, whether it be them cracking a joke during the reception or just the way they look at each other during the first dance. Being a part of their big day is so special to me and I take this job very seriously.
