Why I Love Weddings:

I love the feeling of being such a crucial part of a couple's special day. It makes me feel honored to photograph and freeze that moment in time so that they are able to look back on it for the rest of their lives.

It brings me joy knowing the fact that the newlyweds are able to relive their images and think back to a beautiful memory. The excitement, love, and positive energy during a wedding is a factor I gravitate towards to accomplish capturing the best images that I can.

Furthermore, being able to capture the raw emotions of the couple through my camera lens is why I love the art of wedding photography.

A Little Bit About Myself:

I am personable and professional with a bit of humor on the side. Photography is a passion of mine that sparked from a very young age. My father was a wedding and events photographer in our native country of Colombia. Listening to his stories throughout the years growing up left a lasting impression that I will always remember.

In 2009, I picked up my first digital SLR camera and was inspired to follow in my father’s footsteps. Since then, I have taken photos with several different cameras and I enjoy learning about their perks and characteristics which helps me in making each image that much more special and unique. I am truly blessed to be able to photograph weddings and capture memorable photos for people to enjoy.

My Photography Style:

There is no set style as to how I take pictures; I enjoy the art of photography in general. Ranging from head-shot photography to wedding photography, I have done it all. I?f I had to narrow it down, it would be a documentary style of photography.

A documentary style portrays the most emotion of any type of photography because it portrays several different ranges of emotions from sad and tense to joyful and energetic. I enjoy this style of photography the most because I am able to capture the whole story of what is unfolding in front of me. Placing one’s self in the moment and enjoying that particular place in time is what I enjoy most.
