Why I Love Weddings:
I've always loved a good romantic comedy movie. So, for me, seeing real love unfold in real life is that satisfaction x100.
A Little Bit About Myself:
I grew up in the arts, with both of my parents being musicians. While I have been drumming practically since birth, it wasn't until a couple of years later that I picked up my first camera. I was in first grade and the project was "Principal for the day." Although the video I made lost the competition, the recognition I received solidified my life's path in the film industry. Now, I take every opportunity I have to capture great moments on film, even going as far as redoing them if I wasn't recording.
Most Memorable Wedding Moment:
I was shooting in Central Park and the couple brought their massive dog, Tucker, in for the shoot. I'll never forget getting down to Tucker's level and having him turn to look into the camera for a video-defining shot!
Videography/Photography Style:
My style focuses heavily on cinematic movement because there is never a still moment on a wedding day. I love to be able to capture the essence of each moment.
Other Interests:
When not filming weddings, I usually am filming or editing something else, like narrative short films. You can also often find me writing, arranging, or transcribing music. Either that or hanging with my Basset Hound, Auggie.
