Alissa is our Operations Manager. She makes sure that the planning and operations departments run as smoothly as possible!

With years of experience working as the event coordinator, Alissa has extensive communication skills and deep knowledge of what goes into planning our couples’ weddings. She ensures that our team members commit themselves to provide excellent customer service and doing whatever it takes to keep our clients happy.

Alissa is also responsible for recruiting staff to our team of professionals. She understands our clients’ expectations and leads our charge to exceed them. As a rule, Alissa aims to provide exceptional customer service to each and every client, staff member, and couple that she comes in contact with.

Alissa graduated from Montclair State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and the University of Miami with a Master in Accounting. In addition, she holds an Event Planning Certification from Trendimi and is always looking to further her knowledge in the industry. Currently, Alissa resides in Barnegat, NJ, with her two sons John and Bo, and her cat Finn.
