Independent Contractor Raise Request Application

Thank you for your service as an independent contractor with Enchanted Celebrations. To qualify for a 3% raise, you must meet all of the criteria that is listed in your offer letter. Raises are only awarded if ALL criteria has been met and/or if the Operations Manager approves.  

Please complete the application to start the Independent Contractor Raise Request Process. Raises will not be considered until this application has been received. Please allow up to 10 business days for this application to be processed. Once we have received this application you will receive an email asking you to schedule a phone call to review your services with Enchanted Celebrations and this application.

Upon this phone call you will be considered for a possible pay raise and you will be informed if a new offer letter will be drafted.
