Why I Love Weddings:
I love weddings because I enjoy telling the story of a couple’s special day through a camera lens. I enjoy being a part of the experience and don’t consider being a wedding videographer “work." I treat each wedding as a new experience and new opportunity to improve my videography skills. I also enjoy meeting new people and collaborating with new vendors during the process.
A Little Bit About Myself:
I graduated with a degree in Video Production from Southern Connecticut State University. Shortly after, I interned for 4th Row Films in Manhattan. It was a lot of fun working in the city! From there, I became a Master Control Operator for Encompass Digital Media and moved on to Nuhelm Films to work in production and post production. Currently I am a freelance videographer and editor; I can't wait to shoot your wedding!
Most Memorable Wedding Moment:
My most memorable wedding moment was one of the first weddings I ever filmed in 2012. The bride had been very nervous and stressed about how the wedding day would go leading up to it. About half way through the day, I showed the bride a few clips I had captured on the camera from the bridal and groom prep and first look. She immediately began to tear up in happiness. Knowing that my work had made her so happy and emotional in that short moment in time is why I enjoy being a wedding videographer.
Videography/Photography Style:
My videography style is considered traditional and cinematic.
Other Interests:
I am a big sports fan and follow the Yankees, Knicks, and most importantly the Jets! I also enjoy working on creative video passion projects in my free time. If I'm not watching a game or working on videos, you can find me outdoors jetsking, quadding, and dirtbiking. I’m also a big movie fan and love scifi, action, drama, and adventure movies.
