Why I Love Weddings:
Wedding photography is a love of mine for several reasons. First and foremost, I love wedding photography because I have always enjoyed photographing people. Combine that with an incredibly special day, and it becomes a whole new experience! There is also the photojournalist in me that highly enjoys capturing the raw moments of emotion during a wedding day. Another reason would be the pure enjoyment of just making others happy through doing what makes me happy as well.
A Little Bit About Myself:
I'm a self-taught photographer, and you can always find me behind the camera! If I'm not photographing weddings, I am outside finding anything I can capture through my lens such as beautiful flowers or the sun setting. I love being able to capture the beauty of nature.
Videography / Photography Style:
I started my photography career with a photo-journalistic style. I still apply that with my current style now, along with becoming more commercial-focused when it comes to the detail shots, and especially with my couples photos! I love capturing the true emotions of a couple on their wedding day.
Other Interests:
Outside of photography, I enjoy snowboarding, hiking, biking and a list of other outdoor activities! I'm also an avid Jeep enthusiast. Along with that, my two dogs keep me busy along with spending quality time with friends and family.
