Why I Love Weddings:
I love to shoot weddings because it allows me to capture important and meaningful moments on a couple's special day. I love to capture emotional moments that tell stories. I also love wedding because it allows me to use my creative skills to capture unique images. No two weddings are the same, so each event offers a new opportunity to be creative and capture different moments and emotions. It is the most special day of their lives and for me, it's an honor to shoot photos that the couple and their families appreciate for generations. It is rewarding to be able to shoot pictures that they will cherish for a long time.
A Little Bit About Myself:
Hello! I'm Junichi, a Princeton, NJ-based portrait photographer. I'm originally from Japan and I became passionate about portrait photography while I was raising my 2 children. I've always enjoyed capturing their precious moments.
As I developed my skills in photography, I began to venture into the world of event photography. Then, I fell in love with the unique challenges and opportunities that weddings offer. Every wedding is unique and there is always a beautiful story waiting to be told. I approach each wedding with a fresh perspective, striving to capture the essence of the couple's love in every shot.
Videography / Photography Style:
I have a photojournalistic style because I like to capture candid moments, artistically composing the shots. My style is natural and unobtrusive, so the couple can fully enjoy their day without feeling overwhelmed by the camera.
Other Interests:
When I'm not shooting photos, I love spending my time with my family, hiking in the great outdoor, playing electric guitar, gardening, fishing, and working on cars.
