Why I Love Weddings:
As a photographer, I love capturing moments of pure and unadulterated emotions. And what better place to do that than at a wedding!
I started in the photography business as a commercial photographer, working with models who had to act out a certain role. Through my style of shooting, I was always able to make their acting look authentic. But then, I felt the amazing feeling of shooting a wedding. They allow me to capture real joy, excitement, and love! And now it's my favorite part about my job.
A Little Bit About Myself:
Hi, I'm Robert, but my family and close friends call me Bobby. My wife and I live in NJ and have 4 children (twin boys, a little girl, and another baby boy born in November 2022). I love adventure sports and nature and enjoy spending time outdoors with my family.
I have a Bachelor of Arts and started in the entertainment business on the opposite side of the camera as a model and actor. I know what it's like to be in your shoes! I got involved in photography and videography as a director in 2012. I have an extensive portfolio that includes photos for well-known commercial companies, feature films, high-speed sporting events, charitable organizations, family portraits, headshots for professionals, real estate, specialty drone footage, and, of course, weddings!

Most Memorable Wedding Moment:
My favorite memory, for me as a photographer, was actually at my own wedding! I locked my camera on a tripod and remotely captured a series of shots of me and my bride paddling in a little row boat down a lagoon. It was just an experiment and I didn't think much of it, but the shots turned out to be the best photos from our wedding. It reminded me of a scene from "The Notebook." We even had a few swans photobomb our images. It was magical, and a moment I will never forget!
Videography / Photography Style:
I am a creative chameleon, and I have had to shoot a variety of styles for my clients over the years. I enjoy the challenge of having to transform my style over and over again, and it has made me a better, more versatile professional. But if I had to pick, I enjoy shooting action lifestyle the best, using nature as a backdrop and incorporating sun flares and the whimsical beauty of the natural environment.
Other Interests:
When I don't have a camera in my hand, I enjoy a variety of activities, such as surfing, snowboarding, hiking/camping, boating, gardening, ocean conservation, and regenerative agriculture. But from all of it, spending time with my family is my favorite activity.
