You Light Up My Life
Just like the love of your life, this venue at the lighthouse is sure to shine! Being in close proximity of the famous lighthouse, this venue allows you to have your ceremony at one of the most popular attractions in Barnegat Light. Just imagine saying your vows with the spectacular red and white lighthouse shining bright behind you! We’ve had couples tie the knot on the beach under an altar or in the beautiful white gazebo. Our Daymark LBI wedding photos will capture every special moment at this picture-perfect location to give you everlasting memories.
Before or after a romantic ceremony, couples love to take portraits with the amazing views by the water. There are so many noteworthy spots that result in fabulous Daymark LBI wedding photos! Some of our favorites are, of course, in front of the lighthouse, but also on the jetty or beach. These spots are perfect for intimate shots of just the bride and groom, or portraits of the bridal party and family. Another great spot is on the trail leading to the beach. The greenery and wooden fence make for the perfect setting that is not your typical beachy photo-op location. Lastly, is in the lighthouse itself! There is no better way to remember the uniqueness of this location than posing in front of the spiral stairs going to the top.

Even just looking at pictures of their food has us drooling. Their daily dinner menu offers anything from octopus to swordfish. To top it off, the raw bar offers fresh oysters on the half shell and a daily oyster special. If you’re not a seafood fan, no worries! They also serve up delicious pork chops, filet mignon, duck breast, and so much more. Your guests are sure to rave about the amazing food at your wedding long after its over! What pairs better with amazing food than an unbelievable drink?! Daymark’s outstanding bar serves unique cocktails, draft beer, and plenty of wine (pass the champagne!). They add their own creative twists to many classic cocktails, making them one-of-a-kind. Don’t forget to check out their brunch options too! Mimosas and Bloody Mary’s are only $10 for the first and $1 for every additional one. This is sure to be brunches of fun!
Time to Get the Party Started!
After a romantic ceremony and cocktail hour, it’s time to party! Daymark’s reception venue is located in the upstairs room of the restaurant, giving you privacy from the dinner goers. You may be thinking the second-floor of a restaurant is not the perfect wedding venue, but think again! This isn’t your classic ballroom with gaudy chandeliers, but a contemporary rustic event space.
To start, the various windows open up the room and give off the most spectacular views. Guests will be able to watch the sunset over the water and catch endless views of the lighthouse. Our photographers will also be able to capture amazing Daymark LBI wedding photos with all that natural lighting. The distressed white wooden walls give the perfect homey and modern feel. The bar keeps with the rustic vibes of the room as well. The front side of it complete with distressed wood painted in different shades of blues and greens. It is sure to be a go-to spot for many guests to grab an amazing drink. This reception room is absolutely stunning for anyone looking for a unique spot for their celebration!
The Brightest Weddings
This venue is all about shining bright! Our most recent wedding at Daymark was Kari and Sean’s beautiful wedding! These two said their “I do’s” on June 8th for a spectacular start to the summer. Kari walked down the aisle to the love of her life as a string quartet played. After an intimate ceremony on the beach with the lighthouse in the background, everyone headed to Daymark to celebrate. They even had a signature cocktail, the Ol’ Barney, which was vodka, aperol, pomegranate, and sprite! (We’ll take a one… or two please!) Then, their wedding video shows all their guests having the time of their life dancing and partying the night away.
Another unforgettable Daymark wedding is Corey and Max’s from the summer of 2018. Their Beauty and the Beast theme was the perfect touch to make this wedding one-of-a-kind! From signs saying “be our guest” or “a tale as old as time” to the red and yellow accent colors, they perfected the theme. They turned the Daymark reception room into a fairy tale palace! The lovely couple even took amazing Daymark LBI wedding photos at the jetty. Standing on the rocks in front of the lighthouse, they tossed rose petals (of course!) into the bay. Their love story is truly a tale as old as time!
