This dedicated catering company hosts each event among the gorgeous championship courses at Mercer Oaks Golf Course. Owner Jim Hines and the incredible staff there has maintained a standard that our Enchanted Celebrations’ team is proud to be a part of! For over 15 years, Mercer Oaks Catering has successfully completed 3,500+ events in its warm and welcoming environment. Golf Course Weddings? Of COURSE
As the space is also home to a number of golf outings, wedding photography on the golf course may be restricted. However, your wedding planner will surely find the perfect spot for absolutely beautiful Mercer Oaks Wedding Photos every time! All wedding packages include a 5-hour open bar, sales tax/gratuities for servers, a 3-tiered cake, linens/napkins, and a wedding tasting. First off, its Mountain View 18-hole championship golf course features hills and valleys to challenge golfers of any skill level. Since its grand opening in 2007, the course welcomes in outings, luncheons, weddings and other private events. In addition, this prestigious golf course has even been recognized nationally by popular magazines like Golf Inc.! Other amenities here include special event seating for 185 people at most, a full-service grill room and restaurant, and more!
More golfing options?! Yes, please! In addition to Mountain View, Mercer Oaks has a West and East Course with plenty of open space to show off your golfing game. They both offer up their own unique style with amenities you do not want to miss taking a look at on their website. To name a few…we’re talking a golf shop, roaming beverage cart, and an artificial practice facility. With all that these extraordinary courses have to show for, there’s no telling how amazing a wedding can be! (Don’t worry though, we’ll give you a little preview!).

Following, your wedding guests will get to enjoy one appetizer, pasta, soup, and salad of your choice before digging into their main entree dish. One share-worthy mention is Kelly and Bob’s wedding that showed off the stunning golf course and nature during the spring. The glowing couple had an incredible photo shoot and ceremony outside on the course and surrounded by vivid cherry blossoms. The remainder of their night was spent dancing to the beat of the best wedding songs indoors at the golf club’s gorgeous ballroom! Likewise, Michelle and Anthony were out on the dance floor with their guests surrounded them all night long during their summer wedding. The ballroom as decorated with popping colors of coral and light pink with a touch of gold sparkle. Our team at Enchanted Celebrations had such a fun time celebrating with both of these picture-perfect couples!
As spring and summer are both gorgeous times out of the year to hold your wedding at Mercer Oaks, the fall is equally as stunning! Angela and Ben’s October wedding is one to show for with beautiful touches of hay bails, pumpkins and bright sunflowers. At their reception, they featured yellow, orange, and brown tones throughout the room to tie this fall wedding all together! As Angela and Ben were shining so bright in the autumn sun all day, couples like Cynthia and Tim and Latifah and Chris took advantage of nighttime portraits! The sky at dusk was the perfect addition to both of these couples’ Mercer Oaks Wedding Photos that they will have to look back on and cherish. Above all, each wedding at Mercer Oaks was beautiful no matter the season!
