Nestled in the middle of NYC and Philly in East Brunswick, is the Park Chateau Estate & Gardens. The property spans over 15 acres and is the perfect all-inclusive venue. No need to worry about leaving anyone out because they can accommodate 375 of your guests. Standing at the altar, you will feel like you are stepping into a romantic French fairy tale. On top of that, the food created by a top-notch catering team will have everyone’s mouth watering. Before we go any further on how amazing the Park Chateau Estate is, it’s time for a little history lesson! The area of the Estate in New Brunswick began in the 17th century. In 2016, the beautiful property was purchased and plans for renovations begun. The new owners saw the potential it had and envisioned stunning dream weddings held at their elegant Estate. They transformed the property into a breathtaking venue with its intimate chapel, elegant ballroom, magical gardens, and unique French-inspired atmosphere!

The Park Chateau Estate and Gardens will having you feeling like you are falling in love in the French countryside, except you’re right here in New Jersey! You will begin your picture-perfect fairy tale day in the private bridal and groom suites. This is the perfect place to relax and prep before the festivities begin, and of course, pose for Park Chateau Estate & Gardens Wedding Photos with everyone getting all dressed up!
Next, you have the option to chose between either an indoor or outdoor ceremony. The Estate has its own private chapel that is unbelievably beautiful. After the ceremony, you can’t forget about cocktail hour! Before heading to the ballroom, guests will make their entrance into a chic cocktail room. The black and white checkered floors and the immense display of food will get everyone up and mingling.
Next, it’s finally party time! The Grand Ballroom will leave your guests incredibly speechless. Dashing chandeliers hang from the ceiling to create the perfect romantic feel. Guests will flood the sparkling dance floor to help celebrate your love all night long! To top it off, you will truly be transformed to a little French town with the upmost sophisticated antique decorations.

Let’s talk eats! You will have the most amazing fine dining experience with endless delicious options here. On their website, you can see a full detailed menu for cocktail hour and reception dinner. If you are feeling like you need something more, they even have an “over the top menu” to make your night extra special. (Spoiler: sign us up for the caviar and vodka luge!).
As you can tell, guests will get their first taste of the endless delectable options during cocktail hour. You can choose from an extensive list of signature cold displays, hors d’oeuvres, chafing dishes, and chef stations. Our mouths are watering just thinking about all this food just at cocktail hour! Save plenty of room for dinner as you can choose from a selection of tasty salads as a starter. For entrees, you have a large variety from beef, chicken, fish, or even a vegetarian selection. They all sound scrumptious to us! What are we missing? Dessert! With the help of the catering team at the Park Chateau Estate and Gardens, you can create a signature wedding cake. But that’s not it! You can also get delicious chocolate covered strawberries, coffee, tea, espresso, cappuccino, and lattes.
Ooh La La
One picture-perfect wedding at the beautiful Park Chateau Estate & Gardens is Taylor and Derek’s that is totally having us say, “ooh la la!” To start the fall season off right, this lovely couple tied the knot on September 8th, 2019. They said their “I do’s” in the little chapel at the Estate surrounded by their closest friends and family. Their Park Chateau Estate & Gardens Wedding Photos turned out amazing as they posed in front of an antique car to complete the classic French feels.
Next, we have Irene and Neil’s breathtaking wedding from the summer of 2018! This couple shared a magical first look at one of the most famous spots at the Estate. At the grand staircase, Neil saw his stunning bride for the first time that day. Then, they headed to the chapel for a romantic ceremony where they would make their lifelong commitment to each other. Another share-worthy wedding at the Estate is Natalie and Sam’s! Their wedding video begins with them each prepping in their suits alongside their bridesmaids and groomsmen. Next, everyone made their way to the gardens for their outdoor ceremony. Sam waited anxiously at the picturesque altar for his bride. After a ceremony full of traditions, it was time to celebrate in the ballroom. The white flower centerpieces were the perfect touch to the elegant room. Lastly, their video captures all their loved ones getting down to the beat and boogieing on the dance floor!
