About Seaview Hotel & Golf Club
Located in Galloway, NJ, The Seaview is known as a pristine resort for championship golf, elegant dining, special events, and of course, beautiful weddings! In addition, this Jersey Shore hotel features other amenities like a business center, pools, fitness center and a nature trail. The original building was founded in 1914 by a businessman named Clarence. Through the years, the hotel has celebrated a number of weddings on their 670-acre property. Luckily, our team at Enchanted Celebrations has also been a part of gorgeous weddings held here! First, the Main Dining Room is known for its breakfast. (Sign us up for Sunday brunch!). Offering anything from classic omelets to specialty waffles, there’s something for everyone. For brunch, enjoy mimosas and sweet temptations such as bread pudding or assorted pies and cookies. If you’re hungry for more, stick around for lunch at another one of their restaurants, the Coastal Grille! Their entrees like the crab cake sandwich or the fish tacos sound like just what we need right now. Of course, what’s all this yummy food without refreshing drinks to pair with them? Check out the lobby bar and lounge for craft cocktails and more delicious small plates. This is the perfect treat after a round of championship golf!

The venue offers several catering packages listed as follows: Pearl Wedding, Crystal Wedding, Opal Wedding, Emerald Wedding and Ruby Wedding. First, the Pearl and Emerald wedding reception packages are offered cocktail-style. In both packages, experience anything from cold displays, plated salads and assorted stations. However, The Emerald is available November through March with the exception of holidays.
Next, the Crystal and Opal wedding packages feature a plated dinner vs. butlered style. In addition to the various stations and displays to chose from, you will get a delicious hot meal perfectly plated at your reception table. Whether your go-to order is a classic meat dish or fresh fish selection, you will not be disappointed. Don’t neglect saving room for the big finale dessert options like their chocolate indulgence station and the custom tiered cake! The Opal wedding reception package is valid December through March, excluding holidays.
Lastly, their Ruby package is for the early birds who love all the breakfast food! This package uniquely offers a brunch-style reception for Saturday and Sunday weddings ending by 3 pm. Start your morning with omelets, waffles, and of course, plenty of liquor and champagne! There are even some tasty lunch options like pasta, salads and meat passed hors d’oeuvres. At this venue, there is the option to host your big day in their elegant rooms or outside the building! Many of our couples experienced the glamorous ballroom scene in either their Bayview Ballroom, Presidential Ballroom, Oval Room, or Main Dining Room. The Bayview Ballroom opens the doors to a gorgeous terrace with a romantic gazebo and fountain. Is an outdoor wedding more your style? Then, the Centennial Pavilion is the perfect scene to celebrate with views of the golf course! In addition, the Oval Lawn is another extraordinary option for a late afternoon outdoor wedding. Whether you decide on indoor or outdoor, you can rest assured that your Seaview, a Dolce Hotel wedding photos will be a hit!
Let’s Sea Some Real Weddings
It’s time to escape to real Seaview weddings! First, one share-worthy wedding goes to Valerie and Mike. This cute couple took full advantage of all the outdoor photo ops that this venue offered to them in mid June. Also, they even brought along special guests to take fun portrait shots with, their cute dogs! After their outdoor ceremony, Valerie and Mike headed inside for a night of celebrating, dancing and enjoying the yummy food and drinks!
Another awesome wedding to share is Meghan and RJ’s magical Christmas wedding in December. Everything about this winter wedding tied in the festive vibes of the season with lights, decorations, colors and more!
