Since 1999, he has been with the Ramada team in pouring his heart and soul into each dish creation. Whatever wedding package you chose, you can rest assured that Chef Luis will bring tasty cuisine and his passion to the table! All your favorite Italian, Asian, Spanish, and even classic comfort food or fresh seafood are on the menu. However, we all know a wedding reception is not complete without the sweet treats! Accessories for any wedding package could be a Chocolate Lover’s Paradise (yum!) station or even a Night Owl Breakfast bar. Okay…now we are craving all the desserts right now!

It’s all in the lighting, right?! The luxurious Ballroom scene is a comfortable space to either relax or dance to your heart’s content. Moreover, there are also a wide variety of color tones that will permeate the ballroom so beautifully. For example, Cynthia and Brad’s whimsical December wedding is one to show for it! Their shiny silver and baby blue color palette made for an elegant, romantic wintertime paradise inside the Ballroom. Of course, the Christmas trees, lights, and pine cones made this wedding dance floor ambiance even more welcoming. Another wedding that really lit up the Ballroom was for Tracy and Nick. The couple picked out unique sea foam green up lighting to complement their classic blue and white details.
