Congratulations to Shelly and Nic! This adorable couple exchanged vows on May 24, at Icona Resorts at Diamond Beach in Wildwood, NJ. Their wedding photography at Icona Resorts at Diamond Beach delivered everything – drama, romance, laughter, and a whole lot of sunshine!

The morning started with Shelly and her girls, champagne in hand, getting hair and makeup done with that pre-wedding electricity in the air. Finally, Shelly stepped into her gown – a breathtaking deep V-neck lace mermaid dress with a dramatic ruffled train that was made for a beach day. Hair swept up, earrings glinting, bouquet of white blooms and greenery in hand. She was ready!

Shelly then waited outside for Nic, standing in the bright white walkway. He looked handsome in his crisp white tuxedo jacket and black pants. When she finally turned around and saw him, her reaction said everything!

After that, the whole bridal party took over to the beach. White paper parasols, black dresses, open sky, white sand stretching in every direction. They spun, they laughed, they posed against the bright blue cabanas. Shelly and Nic then kissed in the surf, his hands around her waist, her ruffled train catching the ocean breeze. Cocktail hour spilled out into the sunshine – guests mingling on the open-air waterfront terrace under blue umbrellas, drinks flowing, warm coastal air all around.

Then the reception tent opened. Airy and elegant – white draping, silver chiavari chairs, palm fronds swaying outside the clear walls. The couple entered to cheers, both in sunglasses, pure joy written all over their faces. Then, their first dance was close and tender. Then came the sweetest moment of the night, a slow dance with their baby, the three of them together on the floor while the whole room melted. Afterwards, speeches were heartfelt and funny in equal measure. The cupcake tower got demolished. And the dance floor? Never emptied.
