First things first, the property began as a tavern and popular restaurant for those traveling the new state road. In 1873, the space grew from its original size of 68 acres to 825 acres. After the buildings on site were modernized, the property grew to 210 acres! In addition, the farm includes 220,000 square feet of indoor space and a certified 18-hole Arnold Palmer Signature golf course (perfect for those outdoor Normandy Farm wedding photos!). That’s what they call home, right?! Among the beautiful farm views, you’ll feel right at home inside the venue’s luxurious hotel all weekend long! This venue creates a comfortable space to accommodate every part of a wedding from bridal showers to brunches. Housing 141 unique guest rooms and suites, gone are the days where guests have to settle for a shabby hotel to stay in in order to attend a wedding!
It’s All About the Farm Charm
Where there’s hotel accommodations, there’s delicious food to indulge in as well! Situated on premises is The Farmer’s Daughter restaurant that serves Sunday brunch (hello, mimosas!), lunch, dinner, and dessert. During dinner, they even offer a terrace and bar menu with tempting options like mouthwatering flatbreads, fresh salads, and classic sandwiches. Don’t neglect saving room for dessert (one molten lava cake, please!) and refreshing cocktails to pair with your meal!
Speaking of cocktails…when the music begins to slow at your wedding, the party doesn’t have to end just yet! Normandy Farms welcomes everyone to continue the celebration at the Farmer Daughter’s bar or in a private dining room located on site. Also, this after-party has got you covered with late night snacks that you’ll be craving after breaking it down on the dance floor!
What’s a wedding night without brunch the next morning?! Normandy Farms hosts a breakfast buffet called, “Montco’s Best Brunch”, where guests can casually munch on some of the best food and drinks this venue has to offer. Hungry to learn more? Let’s talk ceremony and reception! At this venue, there is not just one stereotypical ceremony room, but three extraordinary space options for a couple to say their vows in front of their loved ones. Couples have the choice of the oldest restored barn in America, a private garden, or a waterfront gazebo to say “I Do” before dancing the night away. Whether indoors or outdoors, you can rest assured that your Normandy Farm wedding photos will flaunt the gorgeous farm!
Once the ceremony is complete, it’s time for guests and the happy newlyweds to get ready to party! Normandy Farms has four ballroom reception areas. The first of the bunch is the Normandy Farm Grand Ballroom, which features romantic curtains and simplistic string lights all around. This space was actually once the original horse stables! It also provides a brick terrace for outdoor fun, weather permitting.
The next space is named the Normandy Farm Silos Ballroom. This room is 3,000 square feet of spacious country luxury with a large dance floor and outdoor space, too. Furthermore, there is an adjoining space where the cocktail hour can take place. This ensures that the events of the wedding take place separately, but there is also a smooth transition from one place to another seamlessly.
Third, The Belle of Blue Bell is as classy and elegant as the name sounds! It can hold up to 240 of your guests with a 4,500 square foot dance floor. Lastly (and previously mentioned!), the Farmer’s Daughter restaurant acts as a cozy reception space option. This space is perfect for intimate weddings, where a couple and their guests can gather around a table and enjoy a candlelit dinner in style.
From Farm to Forever!
It’s truly no surprise here that Normandy Farms has been the go-to choice for countless couples to say their “I Do’s” and promise each other their forever! At Enchanted Celebrations, we love getting the chance to be at a venue this rooted in tradition and warm hospitality.
Our couples such as Julie and Elma have made Normandy Farms the place their happily ever after begins. This adorable duo’s ceremony took place outside, and once finished, a fun soccer match ensued during their session of taking Normandy Farm wedding photos! Afterwards, guests headed inside one of the dazzling ballrooms for the party to kick off surrounded by the glowing lights. Guests danced the night away on the dance floor underneath the sparkling chandelier hanging from above.
Other couples opt for an indoor ceremony, such as Heather and Peter. The crisp, rustic feel of the silo is unique to Normandy Farms, and something that sets this venue apart. Heather and Peter utilized the Grand Ballroom for their magnificent reception. The fairy lights that wrapped around the bare beams in the room added an effortless, rustic touch! Similarly, Megan and Luke took advantage of the beauty that their reception room already offered for their wedding with minimal pink and ivory tones. Their incredible wedding video documented their day from the morning preparations through the last slice of cake!
