Nicole and Harlan’s Engagement Session

A huge congratulations to Nicole and Harlan on their engagement! These two lovebirds will be tying the knot on November 8th, 2020. Overall, our PA engagement photography team did a beautiful job with their engagement portraits!

Nicole and Harlan chose a stunning, woods setting for their engagement shoot. First, they took some photos on a dirt pathway, in between the leafless trees, joined by their daughter. It was clear that these three were already one happy family. They continued on, and approached a small, stone cliff. Our PA engagement photography team took these from below, capturing the waterfall and small creek at the bottom. The waterfall was absolutely breathtaking and set the tone for the rest of the day to come. 

Next, they walked across some stones that were placed in creek. Nicole and Harlan each stood on separate stones, and reached across to each other dramatically. Eventually, they stood on the same stone for some even more heartfelt photos. Additionally, there was a light, pink reflection on the creek, which added a nice, picturesque touch. Later, they moved away from the water, into a more sunny setting. They posed in an open field, as well as against a tree, and then got some close up shots, featuring Nicole’s gorgeous engagement ring. 

Later on, they moved on to some more picturesque settings. The posed in between folded branches that looked like they were out of a storybook. Soon after that, the family posed by both an old log cabin, as well as an old stone barn. These buildings really captured a rustic feel that was so beautiful. All in all, Nicole and Harlan’s engagement session was a success, and truly set the tone for their wedding day.
