Job Description

Enchanted Celebrations is in search of an experienced well rounded sales representative. The Wedding Consultant is responsible for achieving the monthly sales quota as well as performing specific marketing tasks. Job performance and retention based on the attainment of goals (Sales Quota Policy of $50,000 a month after 3-month probation period) and the overall growth of the brand.

This position will be responsible for live chat staffing, relentless prospecting via phone, email, text, and social media communication of all leads from various sources.

The Wedding Consultant is required to schedule and perform in home consultations in our entire travel area based on prospects’ scheduling demands. The Wedding Consultant will be provided some leads however, the ability to outbound prospect to create their own leads is a necessity. 

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting, developing strong rapport, following a follow-up plan, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

  • Staff Live Chat during office hours
  • Staff Facebook Messenger during office hours  
  • Attend bridal shows as a brand representative to schedule meetings with prospective clients
  • Relentlessly cold call and email potential brides to meet sales goals
  • Use outbound prospecting techniques to generate leads independently of current advertising
  • Convert prospective leads into committed customers through on-site visits/meetings
  • Continuously follow up on leads as per sales playbook
  • Responsible for all payment information and collecting deposits outlined in the contract and per sales playbook
  • Keep company CRM systems up to date at all times with client notes
  • Provide sales support for the Sales Manager and Director of Sales as needed
  • Assist the Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Executive Director in general marketing functions and strategy
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures  

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and B2C sales experience
  • Outgoing personality who is highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Well organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask with great follow-up skills 

Hours

This is a salaried position that requires set hours plus additional hours on weekends and some evenings to be available for prospects. 

 

For the first 60 days in office training hours are as follows: 

Monday-Friday: 10am-3pm in office

Saturday and Sundays: Check email and messenger once in morning and once in evening. Approximately two hours each day.  

 

After the first 60 days work from home hours are as follows: 

Monday-Friday 10am-6pm or based on our customers hours

Saturday and Sundays: Check email and messenger once in morning and once in evening. Approximately two hours each day.  

 

General Compensations/Evaluations

Compensation details will be disclosed in the offer letter. Compensation increase evaluations will be conducted by the Sales Manager annually as per the position’s training plan.
